30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from the day you receive a device to return it, for any reason. Returns are free: we send you a prepaid shipping label.

To qualify, the device must:

• be in the condition you received it, with no new damage;
• include everything it came with, like the cable or box;
• be signed out of every account (Apple ID and Find My, Google, Samsung) with any passcode removed.

The 30 days start on delivery, or on the day you pick the device up from the seller. After that, faults are covered by the 12-month warranty.
