Can I cancel an order?

Changed your mind? Contact us with your order number as soon as you can.

• Before the seller confirms, your card has only been authorized. Cancelling releases the hold and you are never charged.
• After the seller confirms but before it ships, we ask the seller to stop the shipment and refund the charge.
• After it ships, you can return the device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and returns are free. See How to return a device.
