Shops that are not near you can take your repair by mail.
- Book a mail-in repair. Choose the shop and the repair, and give the postal code the device should come back to.
- Wait for the label. Once the shop accepts, you get a prepaid shipping label by email. Do not send your device before then.
- Pack it and ship it. Any box or padded envelope will do. Back up your data, remove your SIM card and turn off Find My (or your device's equivalent).
- Repaired and sent back. The shop repairs it and ships it back to you, tracked.
Your confirmation email has a private link to follow the booking.
